NovaBusiness provides digital tools to help businesses manage administrative and financial activities, including invoicing, quotations, payment tracking, business insights, and related business management features.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use NovaBusiness only for lawful business purposes.

Some NovaBusiness features may be free, while others may require payment or a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase or subscription. Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting NovaBusiness support or using the available cancellation option in their account, where applicable. After cancellation, the customer will not be billed again. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Refunds are reviewed in line with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the stated refund timeline.
NovaBusiness is a digital software platform. After successful registration and payment, customers usually receive access immediately or within a few minutes. Where manual review or onboarding is required, access may take up to 1 to 2 business days.

We aim to keep NovaBusiness available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time.
All platform designs, software, content, branding, features, and materials belong to NovaBusiness or its licensors. Customers may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse any part of the platform without written permission.
NovaBusiness is provided as a digital business support tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NovaBusiness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. This includes loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or business interruption.
We may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms, misuses the platform, fails to pay applicable fees, or engages in unlawful or harmful activity.
Your use of NovaBusiness is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
