This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your NovaBusiness subscription and what happens when you do.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@novaindacoptyltd.com or by using the cancellation option available in your account settings. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again for the next billing period. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
After your subscription ends:
Your business data remains accessible on the Starter plan after cancellation. If you wish to close your account and delete your data, please contact us and we will assist. Data deletion is subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in and upgrading your plan. Your previous data and settings will be preserved.
