Our Mission

Nova Business provides an all-in-one platform for small and medium businesses to create invoices, manage customers, track cash flow, and stay compliant — all from a single dashboard. We are built for the African market, with WhatsApp-native delivery, multi-currency support, and offline-friendly design.

Licensing & Access

Nova Business offers four subscription tiers. All new accounts start on the Starter (Free) plan with limited monthly PDF exports. Upgrade to Essential (R99/month) for unlimited sending, Professional (R149/month) for the full accounting suite, or Business (R499/month) for tax compliance and accountant access.

Account access and licensing terms:

Each account is licensed per company entity. Multi-user access requires the Business plan.
Regular users are subject to tier-based feature gating. Unauthorised access to restricted features is prohibited.

Compliance

Nova Business is operated by Nova Indaco (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

All payment data is processed through Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
User data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not share personal data with third parties.
Invoices generated on the platform comply with SARS requirements for tax invoicing under the VAT Act.
We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for all South African user data.
