Our Mission

Nova Business provides an all-in-one platform for small and medium businesses to create invoices, manage customers, track cash flow, and stay compliant — all from a single dashboard. We are built for the African market, with WhatsApp-native delivery, multi-currency support, and offline-friendly design.

Licensing & Access

Nova Business offers four subscription tiers. All new accounts start on the Starter (Free) plan with limited monthly PDF exports. Upgrade to Essential (R99/month) for unlimited sending, Professional (R149/month) for the full accounting suite, or Business (R499/month) for tax compliance and accountant access.

Account access and licensing terms:

  • Each account is licensed per company entity. Multi-user access requires the Business plan.
  • Regular users are subject to tier-based feature gating. Unauthorised access to restricted features is prohibited.

Compliance

Nova Business is operated by Nova Indaco (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

  • All payment data is processed through Paystack, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.
  • User data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not share personal data with third parties.
  • Invoices generated on the platform comply with SARS requirements for tax invoicing under the VAT Act.
  • We adhere to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for all South African user data.
